Warranty Policy
All Verbatier products are made with quality materials and craftsmanship, and we stand behind each one. For the lifetime of the product, all Verbatier products are fully warrantied to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. which means how long the product was worn by the first person who bought it.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. The shipping costs are for our account if you return your product within 30 days of receipt with a material or manufacturing fault. After this period, shipping costs will be charged again. Please note that Verbatier's warranty program doesn't cover knitwear, shoes, accessories, or collaborations, unless it says otherwise or a consultation decides otherwise
What is excluded of the lifetime warranty?
This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed. In order to keep our employees safe and follow our health and safety rules, we need all clothes to be clean before they come to our facility.
Lifetime of the Product?
Products covered by our warranty program are fully warranted to the original owner for the product's practical lifetime. This doesn't mean for the rest of your life, but we'd be happy to talk to you about it, especially our most loyal customers who have worn our products for so long.
What is "normal wear and tear"?
We manufacture every product to meet our standards, but no matter how carefully you use and care for your Verbatier product, nothing lasts forever. Items used every day in the harshest conditions will degrade faster than those of someone who only wears their products once or twice per year. Eventually, every product will begin to show signs of age and wear, such as faded fabric or frayed cuffs, and we take this into consideration when assessing your warranty request. It may be that your product has simply reached its practical lifetime and it is time to be replaced.
