What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping for EU countries*.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 for all non-EU countries*.

Standard shipping fees

For orders below €50* non- EU countries, we offer standard shipping at the following rates:

Please note that all delivery times and dates provided are estimates only and are given in good faith.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping to most countries, with the exception of the following countries:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Cuba, Crimea Region (Russia or Ukrainian zip codes between 95000 and 98690), Democratic Republic of Congo, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Pakistan, Réunion, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Gauteng Province of South Africa, Syria, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

We reserve the right not to ship to any country, even if it is not listed above. In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund the full payment.

Customs and Taxes

Please be aware that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions when delivering to certain countries. As such, you may be responsible for complying with the laws of your country and paying any additional taxes or duties. Import duties, customs, or fees are not included in the checkout price, and customers or recipients are responsible for paying them.

Please note that we cannot reimburse any duties or taxes paid  when returning an item.

Shipping Restrictions:

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

Delayed Delivery:

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a new estimated delivery date.
